my rights as an artist
-I retain the right as the artist to accept or reject commission requests
-I reserve the right to post your commissioned artwork to my social media and websites
-I reserve the right to modify the commissioned artwork for promotional purposes
-I reserve the right to claim and be given proper credit for all my artworks
-I reserve the right to suspend work if I feel I am unable to complete your artwork for any reason; you will receive a full refund if I am in the sketching stage or a partial refund if I am in or past the linework/rendering stages
-I reserve the right to be treated with respect as a professional; any personal abuse will result in your artwork being refunded as per the above statement
-I as the artist can not be held accountable for fraudulent misrepresentation of age with regards to NSFW commissions, or for any related punishments/legal actionrights to the artwork
-I retain copyright to the artwork as the artist
-I retain the rights to post the commissioned artwork on social media
-reposts of my artwork are not allowed, commissioned or not
-commissioned artwork of original characters will not be used for profit by myself without your prior permission
-I retain the rights to profit off commissions based on fanart unless specifically requested otherwise, in which case there will be an additional fee
-commissioned artwork may be used by the client as banners, profile pictures, and icons as long as the artist is properly credited
-commissioners are not allowed to alter, edit, or plagiarize the artist’s watermark or signature on any work they have commissioned
-commissioners are not allowed to edit, trace, copy, or otherwise alter or recreate the artwork received
-the creation of NFTs or other cryptocurrency-relations of the artist’s work is not allowed
-the creation and/or modification of the artist's work using artificial intelligence (AI) is not allowed
-the commissioner understands that the work they order is for private use and cannot be used for commercial use unless discussed prior to paymentservice & delivery
-payment must be sent upfront in full via paypal or venmo before I begin the commission
-price of the commission may vary depending on the complexity of the design and will be discussed and finalized prior to payment
-if a commission requires a change in size tier or additional characters/items/etc during the revision period, piece will be suspended until a price adjustment is discussed
-the commission will be delivered in approximately 1-2 month’s time unless specified otherwise
-the commissioner will receive multiple updates throughout the drawing process
-because of the conversation to cmyk and printing, chibi keychain colours will not be completely accurate to the digital file; some colour inaccuracies are normal upon receiving the finished productdigital
-revisions during the sketch phase are free. two major revisions and two minor revisions are free during the rendering stage; any further revisions afterwards will require additional payment
-the commissioner will receive a digital copy of the work and not a physical copy for the digital tiertraditional
-major revisions for traditional work are only possible during the sketch phase. everything on the paper is permanent, so once I add colour, I cannot change the composition or design
-the commissioner will receive a physical copy of the work and not a digital copy for the traditional tier. I will need your address in order to send you the commission
